Winmoney — Recharge Problem 2 Times

I have added money 2 times in my account. The money deducted from my bank but my winmoney account didn't get recharged. Here is the details:
1. Recharge of Rs.49999 on 5 Mar 2024, 3:32PM with UPI Ref No: ***8011
2. Recharge of Rs.25000 on 5 Mar 2024, 8:14PM with UPI Ref No: ***5504.
