I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services that I have received from Winning Turtle. I had paid INR 10, 000 for the Calisto plan, but I have encountered a number of issues that have resulted in significant losses on my trades.
Firstly, I was asked by the executive to run WTN1, where I booked a profit of INR 3.5k on the first day, but on the next day, I incurred a loss of INR 7.5k. The executive cited software issues as the reason for the loss.
Then, over the weekend, the executive suggested that I upgrade my plan to Ganymede, promising good returns as it is a premium plan. However, the executive did not provide any guidance on how to use the strategies and simply asked me to run WTG1, where no trades happened.
I insisted on speaking with Mr. Santosh to learn about the actual Ganymede strategies. Following this, I started applying the strategies, and while I did make a profit of INR 4.5k on the next day, I incurred a loss of INR 7.5k the day after. Later, I booked profits of INR 5k and INR 2k respectively.
Additionally, I noticed that I was paying too much brokerage, so I decided to switch to no brokerage brokers such as Kotak Securities. However, the executive was confident that he could easily replace my Angel with Kotak, but there have been no trades on my account for a whole week, and I have not received any support from the executive despite multiple attempts to contact him.
Furthermore, the executive calls incessantly from 10 am to 6 pm to fulfill his target of activating licenses through asking for referrals, but does not answer my calls when I need help.
I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Winning Turtle, considering that I have paid a subscription fee of INR 30k and have incurred an additional loss of INR 17k.
The Kotak issue was fixed, trades started smoothly for the next 2 days, but on the 3rd day my software subscription expires even after informing that I'm getting an expiry warning on screen. Every Time i was told that the plan would be extended, do not worry. But then it expires and i dont get trades for half a day.
4th day the algo did not exit a losing trade which took away my past 3 days of profit and closed the day in a loss.
Next day, friday. No trades on my account for unknown reasons. I was told the problem will be fixed but later half of the day i was informed that Mr. Santosh is on leave and the problem would be fixed by someone else. I am still waiting for someone to call and follow up.
The person on this number - [protected] seems to care less about the issues that are reported. Only says "I've informed further, you will get a call." I have never gotten a call in the last one month every time I reported a problem.
