I consulted WINNY on 10 May and they assured me that everything will go smoothly with my profile, hence, I made initial payments and shared all my documents with the case manager. However, the deadline to submit my profile is on 21 June and I did not receive a proper screenshot of my profile yet. They shared a draft version which was full of silly errors. Now, the assigned manager is on sick leave and others are not answering my calls, emails, or texts. When I ask them to arrange a Zoom call with any senior manager, they just ignored it. Additionally, tomorrow and the day after are official days off so none of them will work and my profile is pending. Even if they share it on Monday, how am I supposed to trust their competence?
