I have registered my daughter for planet spark English course classes (21 months/ 2 yrs), since we couldn't afford to pay upfront payment they had asked us to go for Eduvanz loan via EMI options, but after a few classes, we are not satisfied with the quality and decided to discontinue the classes. so we have raised a request to stop classes and refund t, as per the refund policy, they didn't refund the amount, and Eduvanz is still deducting money every month from our bank account.
we have raised many tickets to planet spark customer support for resolution of the issu and see no response and no luck with the escalation team .customer care number given is a spam number ([protected]) no resolution to date.
The other contacts given do not work, and emails return as a delivery failure.

Refund Policy:
We have a 100% REFUND POLICY. So the decision that you are making currently is not a FULL COURSE PRICE decision but a SINGLE CLASS PRICE decision. If you’re not happy with the course at any point, we’ll refund the remaining classes back immediately on the same day.
So, if you’re not happy after the 1st class, we’ll refund the remaining classes back on the same day. I must tell you though this has never happened to us as our renewal rate is 99.1%. So less than 0.9% of students have asked for a refund, the lowest in the history of education technology in the world. Yet, we will offer it anytime 100% REFUND, ZERO QUESTIONS ASKED, SAME-DAY. (Please find attached the Refund Policy Certificate)
