Do not fall for the polished look of Vibecrafts.com or their advertised "Friendly Return Policy" promising "Hassle-Free Returns." My recent experience proves that once they ship you a damaged product, they engage in a coordinated, deceptive stalling tactic to hold onto your money and completely evade responsibility.
To make matters worse, they operate without any direct customer care phone number, entirely isolating themselves from accountability and leaving consumers stranded over a text-based wall.
The Timeline of Deception:
I received a structurally damaged, scratched mirror and reported it immediately with photos. What followed was an exhausting, six-week loop of automated stonewalling:
April 11: Return acknowledged. Promised a smooth pickup.
April 22: Claimed pickup canceled due to "courier serviceability issues." Asked for 4–5 days.
April 30: Sent another email repeating the exact same "serviceability" excuse. Asked for 3–4 days.
May 7 & 11: Blamed my location’s pin code and promised their "escalation team" would find a resolution.
