Dear sir/mam,
I have purchased a cordless trimmer (Order no. Wc202889) of worth rs. 999 from wittycart few days ago. It was delivered yesterday to me. The mode of payment was cod. Now, with all due respect, the product is damaged and us of very poor quality. The trimmer is not what i expected and upto the quality mark. I would like to return the product (Order no. Wc202889) but i am unable to return the product since there is no such option on the witty cart website.
Requesting you to kindly guide me on how to return the product on the website. Or initiate the return process manually. I would like my refund to be initiated at the earliest.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
