Exactly same happened with me, watch is totally different from what is shown on portal, very bad quality, i even want to refund it, i have also dropped a mail asking for the process of the refund, although there is a address mentioned on the invoice for the refund but that does not means that we physically have to go and refund teh watch there, i am even not sure if there is any office at that address...
