I have ordered a incredible air cooler from witty cart,

I have received a very bad quality air cooler
That is not working good very disappointed with this order as i want to return this item and want my amount refunded. But company is neither responding to my mails and not contacting me, i am very disappointed with this type of online services, this is an open fraud to the customers. They have to refund our amount.
The ad that was shown for this product is totally different.
