Company is fraud, i booked the cab from delhi to jaipur and i informed them that i need to travel to a place 30 kms from jaipur, they told me that you need to pay for one way, but on the date of travel the vendor told me that we need to pay 700 rupees for late night charges and the other amount for to nd fro from jaipur.
I called wiwigo to solve this issue to which one employee with the name rahul said he will cancel the booking and deduct cancellation charges, i told him that i dont want to cancel the booking but still they cancelled the booking and said that they can cancel the bookung any time without asking the client.
