Wmart Infocom — Misrepresentation of goods and fraud

I purchased a laptop charger worth rupees 3199 and they sent me a repaired charger which got bad after 15-20 days and then when i asked for replacement they were very rude and then finally agreed for the replacement and after pickup they took almost 20-22 days for the replacement and when the replacement came i saw that they have again sent a duplicate or fake product whicb doesn't work at all.
now they are saying send the product to us yourself we cannot give the charges to the courier.
they are doing fraud in the name of this company they tell on their website that the products are original and are having 1 year warranty and then they send fake products at the price of original.
