Very Good Surgeon – Pathetic hospital system/ procedure

I reached Wockhardt hospital mira road emergency department to confirm availability of doctor for complaint of foreign body removal by mouth by my 3.5 year old son. ER staff /doctor confirm that bring Patient and doctor will be available to 15-20 minutes.
Surgeon reached after 1.5 hrs driving though he lives far away. No issue with surgeon because the best thing he accept the patient request and performed operation procedure on Sunday and come for our child and treat him very well and save our child ..

But the worst part is hospital management system and coordination between endoscopy department - ER staff and billing department – internal staff.
Mentioning no. of issues which we faced during 6 hrs at your hospital-
1. ER staff /doctor not informed appropriate waiting time. So we get panic as the child is in pain.
2. In ER registration form patient Name is correct however spelling mistake in all other documents and different surname on report and different surname on invoice which led us great difficulty.
3. After procedure the surgeon told us, that after 2 hours patient will be feed and observed by ER Doctors/staff however nothing such like that happened. And when we asked to feed him but they have no information about it.
4. The surgeon also told that he prescribed some medication and followup but at the time of discharge no one had information about this. After 15 minutes of convincing them they contact the surgeon and prescribed the medicine and followup visit.
5. During 10 pm to 11 pm ER staff busy in asking each other about what to Add in Bill – Aur Kya add karna aur kya add karna in front o[censored]s and this thing create mental pressure on us seems like they are trained to achieve target.
6. During 11.pm to 12 am they put continuously effort for billing only but the bill not generate from system and then billing department prepare manual bill after so long discussion and after final payment they give hand written break up of charges and ask to collect the papers next day.
7. At the time of discharge ER staff provide us necked X-ray loose papers without any cover file. After asking envelope for x ray and/or file for documents they told to bring it from admission department.
8. Still we have received only 2 bank receipt ack, one bill of other than main procedure with wrong name, X ray without cover and prescription. All other thing like main bill, endoscopy report, supplementary bill, all test reports with correct name are pending with your department.
Apart form surgeon, only Mr. Sachin (billing/TPA) are the person who understand and cooperate very well and accept my name correction application and assure that name will be corrected.

My request is only that Please clubbed all documents reports with corrected signed and stamped and please bring at one place so I can collect the document easily. Because ER staff told that endoscopy report aapko waha jakar sign karwana hoga, bill billing se lena hoga, reports report collection centre se lena hoga.
This is our first visit at wockhardt, I always thought private hospitals are more professional but I was wrong. I feel that they are probably more professional with revenue, sales target etc but ethics and empathy is lost somewhere in the process.
Not at all excepted of this kind of services from such a BRAND. WHAT IS THE USE OF GOOD DOCTORS WHEN ADMINISTRATION IS SUCH DISGUSTING?
