Womenstore.in — no refund after returning the product which I had not ordered.

Hi there,

I ordered a lehenga from womenstore.in, they sent a different product. They asked to courier it to them and once they receive the product they will initiate the refund.. They received the product and it's been more than a month i haven't received my money.
We can't connect to them directly so everytime i have to put a false order and then they call us to confirm the order and there i ask for my refund by telling them my name. They just try to procrastinate the subject. These are fraud people selling fraud products. I request to kindly look into this issue.
