I had taken a 5000 Rs loan from wonder loan app. I paid their amount one day before of the due date, sent the screenshot of payment but in their system they said it's not paid, they started sending harrassing messages without checking the UTR no properly. Then I had to pay again with late fee 5350 Rs. And after paying again they said your previous UTR is confirmed. So due to their pathetic service I paid 10350 for 5000 Rs loan. I have emailed them all the screenshot asking for refund. They sent me email 5 days back that they are looking into it, but no refund or no response received yet. Kindly help to get back the refund.
