Had ordered a pair of Plantar Neoprene Fasciitis Night Splint Socks. They were duly delivered, even though i recd a message from Wondercare saying the order is cancelled!
I found the item to be torn and requested them for either a replacement or
a refund (which i think was a very fair option). i provided them with images of the torn product on Whatsapp which i knew were being read...with no response whatsoever from their end. Was this information helpful? |
