Dear Sir,
I was associated with above company from 17.July 2015 to 13 Oct.2015 as Resident Construction Manager at his MBPL site Kadi (Ahmadabad) Gujarat)
I submit my resignation on 29 Sep2015 with due coarse of notice & properly handed over site to next company deployed person.
My Retainer ship fee was Rs 70000 per month.
Company has not paid retainer ship fee from 1st Sep to 13 Oct.2015=43 days
I never agreed for follow the notice period of one month.
I raised all these concern to HR & TOP management also but nothing is happened
I would request you please instruct to company for release my full payment for 43 days =(Rs 70000+29354.8= Rs 99354.83)
