Hi Wooden Street Team,

I am following up again regarding Order ID 1190206.

We reported this issue on 19 August, and since then we have been continuously waiting for a proper resolution. At the time of raising the complaint, we were informed that we would receive a call and a resolution within 24 hours. However, it has been several days now, and we still have not received any proper resolution or clear update.

The wardrobe has been unused since the day it was delivered because we are unable to use it properly due to the issue.

Your carpenter has already visited and informed us that the issue is not repairable and that the wardrobe needs to be replaced. We have also tried contacting your support number, but the calls are either not answered or are getting disconnected.

We have paid approximately ₹47, 000 for this wardrobe and have been patiently waiting since 19 August. We request you to please take this matter seriously and provide a clear and final resolution without any further delay.

Please have the concerned team contact us and confirm the next steps at the earliest.

We are expecting a positive response from Wooden Street.
