Woodland Relocation — abusive dealer and threatening for life

These are bunch of fraud people. I had to transport my bike from Mumbai to Ghaziabad. They had sent me quotation of 3600 rupees to transport the bike. I agreed and then he asked me to send the Aadhar card and Bike's RC along with pickup address and drop Address. I sent it over WhatsApp. then they sent a staff for bike pick up. His staff came for pick up and refused to provide anything in return. I asked him first you give me bill, insurance and all. then only I will handover my bike. They sent invoice of 3600 and then said to pay the amount. I paid 3600 as mentioned on invoice and they picked up my bike. After few hours, the guy who picked up my bike called me and asked me to send 400 rupees. I asked why should I send you 400. He said your bike was punctured and I fixed that from my pocket. After a lot of argument, I sent him 400 on Google pay. Then again after few hours the guy named Sunder Singh called me and asked me to pay 650 rupees. I was shocked and asked why are you guys asking me for extra money again and again when I already paid the bill mentioned on invoice which is generated by you. Then he said you have to pay 650 rupees which is GST. I asked him send my bike back to me and refund the amount which I paid. He refused to refund anything. It took around 4-5 days and my bike was still in their office. Then I called one of my friend which is in police at nearest Thane and told the whole story.

Then after the police's intervention, they transported my bike. It took around 11 days to reach my bike to destination and that too after paying 1050 rupees extra. They had kept my bike on hold for 5 days and once I took help of police (My Friend) then my bike was transported... Never ever deal with these fraudsters.. once you handover the package, they will act rudely and will ask for extra money for sure.

Horrible unprofessional service. After two weeks of promising date time and rate an hour before moving when we called they said to increase rate and said not possible to move that day. Big cheaters. Never trust them

Very bad experience with these guys. I have gone through same problem. Once I asked for quotation there said 4k. I asked for 30min for getting quote from other services. I said I got the best price from gati. And they started to abuse me. These guys are unprofessional and worst people who just started business for abusing customers.

Guys, just be aware and stay away from this woodland moves and packers...they are absolutely nonsense and uneducated...i had given my household goods to these ### a few months ago and they charged me very hefty amount saying we would give the wold BEST SERVICE and they transported those goods in a broken condition...it was a heart felt when i saw my fridge and washing machine in a damaged condition...and when i called them about it they started abusing me in a rough language.. Don't go by their name and website..its a purely fake..I can feel the same pain what others people must feeling who have written above complaints. Anyways Karma would give punishment to this ### what they have done to others.

I had really bad experience with woodland relocation from sakinaka Andheri people. The man name Sundar lal called me and took the booking of sending my bike inter district. I.paid him online, next day when. I tried to contact him for not delivering my vehicle he said he will not be able to deliver the bike. And was very rude, unprofessional and cheat person. The website they have provided also looks fraud and the people working are also fraud. As now no one answering my calls and replying to my messages. There is no review option available for their website. Do not opt for any service.

We had the Same experience and much more terrible as our package was supposed to be sent from Mumbai to Lucknow of the 1bhk ...
He confirmed the door to door service in 20k with gst and insurance.
Post packing and taking the goods, he started asking for 37k. And started abusing and life threatening threats as we didnt comply to his demands.

Finally he settled for 25k, 20k advance and 5k post delivery. Sent us the bill too. Now it's been 15 days, our stuffs are not delivered. And today he send us another invoice saying pay 18%gst more and take your stuffs from godown or he will burn it.

My stuffs are with him and I dont know what to do. I am not sure if paying more 10k I will get my goods or not.. He keeps calling every day and keep threatening for the same.

Packers and Movers with the company name V N Writer Packers and Movers having GST number 27FSYPS4686B2ZS (SAME GST Number and Address as WOODLAND Relocations) having office address Gala no.4, Kothari Compound, Khayrani Road, Saki naka, Andheri East 400078. Email ID : [protected]@vnwriterpackersmovers.in was agreed to move our complete household material on 21st April'2021 from Nerul Navi mumbai to 2 locations (Some part locally in Nerul) and (Some part to my place in Pune).

Before sending the material we checked with
4 transporter . Other two transporter visited the site and sent us approx quotation of 13, 000 and 15, 000/-resp.( charges are including loading, unloading and transportation exp) whereas V N Writer Logistics has not visited the site even after we insisted them to visit the site before finalizing the quotation. Mr.Pavan Jaiswal from V N Writer quoted saying that there is no need to visit only by listing out the items he will get the idea from the pictures shared on Whatsapp and finalised with us Rs. 10, 000.00 without mentioning any payment term ( the above charges are including the packing, loading, unloading and fixing of material in site)

Now after loading the material on 21st April 2021, and delivering the local material, we were informed the material for Pune will be delivered next day. Due to Pandemic and impending lockdown I had requested to confirm me about the Pune delivery. I was told the delivery would be done next day and accordingly I made myself available in Pune. Next day when the delivery was not done and after calling Mr.Pavan Jaiswal, I was informed that the delivery would not be done that day and it will take few more days. After repeatedly pleading they started holding us to ransom as my material was in the custody and informed me to immediately make payments otherwise we will not move the truck. However I paid immediately the part sum and informed them that upon delivery of my material in Pune will do the balance payment before unloading as it was already agreed at the time of finalization of the quote.

After receiving Rs.2, 000/- against the local delivery, Mr. Pavan Jaiswal sent us the invoice with Rs. 10, 000.00 with 18% GST and started telling us that you need to pay as per the revised invoice as your material was too much otherwise will not move the truck.We informed him we will pay Rs. 8, 000 /- as that was the price finalised. We are ready to pay that but we will pay only after delivery of the material in site because by the time we lost all the trust with him. Moreover as a tips we paid Rs. 500/- to his labour.

Mr.Pavan kept on harassing us by saying that will hold your material till the time you pay the full amount in advance otherwise will not delivery the material come whatever may be and with vulgur language and bad words.

We informed 100% we will make the payment but only after delivery. The way we trusted you for 80% of the amount and the entire house hold material, you should also trust us for the remaining amount of another 8, 000/-.

On Sunday dated 25th April'2021, the goods were transported to Pune location and I made balance payment of Rs.8000 immediately through Google Pay, but Mr.Pavan Jaiswal still insisted to pay another Rs.1800/- and asked his delivery men to not deliver my Television.

Please help us to take action against this blackmailing firm.

Sunder singh, akhilesh sing, woodland packers and movers company = andheri east is fraud..please do not do any deal with them..they r cheaters..

Woodland packers and movers company, woodland logistics, woodland relocation services, sunder singh these all are big frauds in market..they are mentally harassing people, forcefully taking extra money from customers, shifting materials handled carelessly, broke everything... warning = please do not take these people any kind of service... they r big frauds... social campaign should raised against them to bann this company
