On 11th march-2016 at around 1:10pm, a baby boy child had been given birth by my wife through a caesarean process of birthing at woodlands multispeciality hospital limited, alipore, kolkata (W.B) through a panel of medical professionals like dr. Pervinder kaur (Gynecologist) and dr. Santanu roy (Child specialist).
When my child was shown to me, a cut mark appeared above ear over his head. When i asked the child doctor, he was explaining that it was a minor cut mark and on stitching it will be cured within few days. Again i asked dr. Pervinder kaur, she also said, it was the 2nd caesarean operation where such mistake happened in her 12 years of doctor’s life experience. Unfortunately the 1st mistake was happened to my first baby girl child at the same woodlands multispeciality hospital, alipore by her around 4 years ago on 15.04.2012. A hairless spot appeared on my baby girl’s head on middle side and then dr.Kaur said it was a minor mistake and it will be cured and the hairs on the spot will come on the spot within few months but it didn’t happened till date and my child is suffering due to that.
A high level of efficiency is required by a medical professional during the birthing process to ensure the safety and health of both the mother and baby. Such kind of caesarean errors happen on account of medical negligence of the medical professionals and the mismanagement of the hospital. Was this information helpful? |
