Ordered a bed room set and dining set in the month of july 2017. They delivered the bed room set and then showed the order status that order is complete. After repeated follow up the dining set was delivered after a month.
The drawer of the wardrobe is not yet provided. One chair is damaged, the same has not been replaced yet though the company policy states that replacement would be done in a weeks time.
The glass of the table was missing which i had to provide additionally and the refund is also not done.
Now the customer service team does not respond to the complaint and the matter is not being escalated. Was this information helpful? |
