I have ordered a cardigan more than 1week ago and recieved a wrong product after 3days.I have emailed them through the given email on their website but they had not responded me till now.In addition, they have not even gave me any customer care number.I have tried to complain many times but my complain was ignored by the company and also I gave them warning but no response till now I want my problem to be resolved as soon as possible because the exchange date has already expired which may become the excuse of the company but that was not my fault as I have complained them many times and also I have complained on the consumer helpline but because of receiving no response till now I took further steps to solve my problem, Thank you.
