I am here to tell a true fact about tranzindia. I worked as an employee in that company for 1 year. I am unsuccessful and I came out. For my failure i am only reason not others or company i understand but i need to say some true fact that is Tranzindia is a gambling business , success will come to person who is slow worker or failure will come to hard worker. This company is running by motivational firing speeches by the leaders of the company. Actually so many peoples got hurt by the company. I got a career break of one year , I am an engineering graduate , I trusted them because of their firing speeches. While working I got to know it is not guarantee that I will be successful in the company even i work there for 10 years. It will click for some people not all. And the job is not a good job, we have to sale the unworthy product (it will not work proper after one month and the customer will call u) what will u say for that person who paid 5890 for only 1000 worth product. The person who is more selfish not thinking about others will not feel about this and they will work there. I am unable to tolerate this. Now I am searching job with one year career gap, can they return me this one year.
