I am writing to raise a concern regarding the recent payment I made for your services.

After the payment, I was informed that the service could not be provided due to "unable to verify the details." This reason was not mentioned or made clear before payment. As no service has been delivered, I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid.

Please process the refund at the earliest and confirm via email or phone. If I do not hear back, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to consumer grievance platforms and my payment provider.

I called customer care team. But they refuse to pay may paid amount.
