On 17th Feb 2024, we created a job post on WorkIndia.in for hiring a call centre worker for Helper4U. Made the payment as per the process. The phone number from which the job post was created is [protected].
Within 5 mins of posting the job, we got a call from them for verification. When they came to know that we are a job portal for hiring domestic workers, they suspended our account and disabled the job post. This was inspite of explaining that the position was for our own office.
No refund was also provided. This is cheating and fraud.
The desirable resolution will be to enable our job post and allow us to hire. Or to provide a full refund.
