I have done an International parcel courier using their service last month 1st September from Nandyal, Kurnool district . Here is the courier docket# BB3575863, the courier has been delayed and not shipped till now and my sister is chasing them to get the status, as no one is responding, she directly called the manager in Hyderabad main office. The manager was very rude in responding and he is least bothered about the parcel. He said “I don’t know anything about your parcel and told my sister do whatever you can do, I don’t care” . I think they took all my items and sold them and doing dramas. I want them to pay for all my items in the parcel if they missed and pay back my courier charges that I paid them.
