I booked my shipment with this courier company on 10th of January 2026, the shipment was supposed to be sent from Mumbai to Riyadh. I was charged for 44 kgs volume matric weight when the actual weight was just 20 kgs. The shipment was not sent till 17th of Jan and only part of the shipment was sent. The delay caused me losses in Riyadh. The remaining shipment was received on 26th of January. In spite of many messages and phone calls. No one is ready to answer regarding the discrepancies in the charges and weight. They have now finally blocked my number and no one there to answer my queries..
