I ordered a Lenovo battery(order #91468) from the seller on 01/07/2024 and received the same on 09/07/2024. But I discovered that the product is incompatible. So, I emailed to the seller on 13/07/2024(within 7 days from receipt of product) about the problem which according to the terms and conditions as mentioned by the seller should be refunded. However reasons best known to the seller, my request was not solicited. I could not simply return the product as it is clearly stated in the terms and conditions of the seller that product should be returned only after receiving acknowledgement from the seller. After no any response of the email, I tried to contact the seller through whatsApp but this time also there was only disappointment. I also sent a video proof of the non-functionality but still no any response. After repeated message to place a return window, they didn't respond and offered me only a replacement on 7th of October 2024 stating that the 10 days period(from the date of receipt) of refund has passed. The seller was rogue to not admit their lapse of service and instead forced me to accept the replacement. Helpless, I accepted the offer and received the replacement on 29th of October 2024. But this time too, the battery was defective and so I informed on the very same day to the seller through whatsApp message(video proof). The seller this time only responded on 3rd of November 2024 and asked me to share photos of the product which I accordingly did so. After repeated enquiries, the seller on 1st of Jan 2025 arranged a return window and assured me the refund within 5-7 days from reaching the product to their destination. Accordingly, I dispatched the product to the seller at my own cost. It reached their destination on 13th of Jan 2025 but I have not received the refund which the seller has denied to do so. Please look into the matter as the seller is a massive fraudster and scams people by not adhering to their own terms and conditions and displays very irritating customer service. Book this fraudster and save people from being robbed of their hard earned money.
