I had bought a laptop battery of a specific model and made advance payment with delivery in 4-6 days. However product wasn't shipped for 2 weeks and when it came, the model of the battery was different and non functional. When I asked for refund they claimed heavy amount would be deducted for courier and "restoration" charges although the battery was returned immediately. I was told that refund would be made upon receipt of product but even after receiving back more than a week back they are not refunding the money and delaying by saying next day. It's a total scam company and no one should buy from them. Their staff and owners should be behind bars and this scam company should be closed Was this information helpful? |
