I had bought a laptop battery of a specific model and made advance payment with delivery in 4-6 days. However first the product wasn't shipped for 2 weeks. When it came it was a totally different product and was non functional. When I asked for refund they claimed that heavy amounts would be deducted as courier charges and "restoration charges" and refund would be made after receipt of product. Even though the product was received back many days ago, they haven't yet refunded the money despite saying they will redund by next day. This company is a total scam. Don't buy any product from them else you will lose your money. Strict action should be taken by police and this fraud should be closed for ever with these scamsters behind bars.
