HP HT03XL Original Laptop Battery for HP Pavilion 1415 Series SKU : 3900202 (pic attached) was received by me on 21st Oct'22.
When checked on same day in my hp laptop, it was found that the battery is not responding in terms of any charging or discharging.
I plugged the battery at its respective slot but it is not charging. Although it shows 56%. Two pics attached with charging status at interval of 5min (at 12.46 and at 12.52) is unchanged
When plug removed the laptop gets shutdown immediately.
With my old battery when put back, the laptop is operating perfectly fine.
Nobody is responding on email, WA or on the calls. All pics and videos have been sent thru email as reference.
The battery sent to me is defective thus please arrange asap for return pickup and refund the amount.
