This is not a good product. The fancy advertising and words and testimonials are all fake. They have written it in big fancy letters that they provide full money back guarantee if we are not satisfied with the product within 30 days of shipping. I purchased it on June 6, 2016. used it only for a week and I have started getting pimples. the bottle is 95% full and i want to return it and get my refund.
I wrote to them, now very smartly they say that in terms and conditions it is mentioned that if we are not satisfied with product but it is in sealed condition then we get money back. what nonsense is this! First of all, it is not mentioned clearly about this on returns and refund policy. Secondly how can someone be "not satisfied" with a product if they haven't opened seal!!! one has to use it to be able to say that it is satisfying or not. that too that product (small bottle) is Rs.1500!!
