I have ordered a submersible water pump from https://www.wowbunchesenterprises.in on 26/02/2018 order no oid115 worth inr 13301/- invoice attached.
From invoice i got a doubt on company as it did not have gst no printed on it, so i googled the company and from consumer forums i came to know that it's a fraud company and duping consumers since long time.
Now my doubt came forward as reality and there only a single guy who speaks with different names on the phone and denying refund and abusing over the phone. I have multiple mailed conversation with him attached with this complaint requesting for refund. Initially i tried to be nice with him to get money but he didn't bulge. He took my bank details in the name of quick refund instead of refunding money on original payment method which was credit card and not refunding money and giving vague reasons. When i sternly asked about same he started abusing over phone.
According to online forums many complaints are already filed against him but seems like he doesn't care at all. As he is continuously successful in his fraud since long time and nothing seems to affect him. Please take a strict action against him, Was this information helpful? |
