[Resolved] WRS International or CES International — Fraud company offering opportunities abroad | |
Guys be aware of this company called WRS international. The person who runs this company is Mark Finlayson. This company is in UK and he makes alliances with local consultants in India. They promise jobs and internships abroad and deliver nothing in return. I paid them GBP 500 for enrolling on the course and in return I was suppose to receive a job offer which I did not. Company claims to give GBP 450 as refund if they are unsuccessful in providing the opportunity. I have been waiting for the refund for more than 6 months now and have not received anything. The company name has been changed to CES international recently. I guess Mark Finlayson did so to avoid complaints coming directly to WRS international. Mark Finalyson and WRS / CES international is nothing but fraud. Be aware of this company or any Indian alliance of this company. Was this information helpful? | |

WRS International or Mark Finlayson has paid me the refund money. It turns out that there was lot of misunderstanding because of which I had to take such bad step and actually come down here and write a complaint about him and the company. Mark paid me the money back and also explained me the situation he is in right now. First I would like to clear out some things that I have wrote above. Mark Finlayson OR WRS International OR CES International (which is a total different company and it is not a name change) are NOT FRAUD. I have friends living abroad because of him. I have mentioned that it was better when Mark Booth was incharge but the information was incorrect, Mark Booth was working for Mark Finlayson which makes him the main person to be responsible to send people abroad and which he did as per my friends. I made contact with all my friends and they have only told me to be patient, He will pay the money. I say this because one of my friend did not have all the money but only part of it and he wanted to go abroad so Mark made some special arrangements for him and now he is in UK enjoying his life.
Mark had called me and explained me the gravity of the situation. The person in Germany who was suppose to bring placements is out of money which has put Mark in a tricky situation. He is literally paying people out of his own pocket. He paid me the refund after a year but in this time he always replied to my emails and calls personally. I was in desperate need of money and which is why I had taken this step to write a complaint but to be honest it was a bad decision. If you guys check then right now there are 2 of the guys in this list who have been paid the refund. And I am sure that he will pay refund to all those candidates who rightfully deserve it. It is just a matter of time. I request you guys to be polite to him and he will do the needful for you. He is not a bad person, he is just in a bad situation. He does have a conscience.
