I am owning 1000 SFT virtual space in WTC Noida (ST1173) and haven’t received monthly rentals for last 11 months.Before this also rentals were paid irregularly and now they have completely stopped since August, 2022.
Trustees office has not responded to multiple emails sent to them .Only once I was able to connect to the Trustee’s office and their reply was that they are not receiving money for dispersing to unit holders.
