Wvp Internation — Wrong Assessment and Money Taken for Canada PR

I was enquiring online for `Canada PR, Ms Tanya ( Mo No [protected]) contacted me over phone. She emailed me and asked INR 2500/- for assessment of my profile. I paid the WVP International INR 2500/-. After payment, she emailed me the report, as per her assessment I was getting 67 points. She said i am eligible for Express Entry. I was not much aware about all this, so i trusted her. She has taken Language Proficiency Points as 24 and Adaptability point as 5. I thought that, might be i am from english medium, so they have calculated 24 in language and yes i can adapt to any environment so they have taken 5. During various discussion, i talked to Tanya for requirement of IELTS, she said no you dint required, in case employer asks then you have give and we will let you know.

I was happy, she asked me to pay INR 45000+ [protected]@18% for processing and HR interview. Which I paid. She said that you will be interviewed by a HR personal from Ontario for JOB. I did received a phone call from Ontario.

Afterwards, i got a mail from WVP stating that they are happy to get me Canada PR, they have given job duties too. Emoulments, facilities etc.

Afterwards, Ms Tanya contacted me and asked me to make payment of INR 35000+[protected]@18% after which SLA will be signed. I made the payment.

Now, Ms Smriti ( Mo No [protected]) contacted me and she forwarded me a copy of SLA which i have to sign and return, also she told that the SLA original copy too will be sent by POST for signing.

I returned the signed copy through mail, now Ms Tanya sent me the requirement of IELTS 8777. I talked to her, she said no our consultant who interviewed you has asked us 8777.

Now, Ms Tanya asked me to deposit PR fees for my wife, and she said that she is offering discount for her visa processing fees.

Till this time, these womens were dealing made me doubtful and then i contacted few more PR Consultants. All of them equivocally mentioned that I am not meeting express entry requirements on my own as i am 44 years old. My wife too have to appear for IELTS and score CLB 5 ( Adaptability Point 5) which Ms Tanya has taken and never told me. Also, I have to score 8777 in IELTS( This they have mentioned in the assessment report which I missed out ). However, there assessment was not correct as they have never told about my wife IELTS requirement till the date i requested refund.

Since, the target was tough, i emailed the WVP International to kindly stop the processing and made refund of amount.

They emailed me that we wont refund. It is pertinent to mention here that the companies invoices itself have refundable and non refundable amount mentioned.

The company dealing is not fair. This company should be banned.
