Hi,
I had ordered a sony extrabass headphone-xb400 black with red shade on 15-07-16, and just received it today on 20-07-16. I am really disappointed with this e commerce website, these guys have sent me the fake product. The package was torn, only right side of the speaker was working. I have confirmed with the sony itself, and they told me that the product that i have received is not genuine at all.
This website provides exclusive deals about various products. I saw this ad on facebook, and thought to give it a try. After ordering the headphones, the product that i received was really in bad condition. I need refund of full amount that i have paid as cash on delivery. The amount was rs 580/-. Please help me in getting my refund from this fraud website asap.
I have attached the receipt, the condition of headphone, and the bar code through which we can confirm that the product that i have received is a fake one. You can check the letters below the bar code, which helps in identifying the genuineness of the product. Also i have attached the screenshot of the website which has stated the way to identify a duplicate product.
