I had registered to book an advertisement on News paper from ads2publish site. I followed all the instructions properly. Types the add, selected the newspaper while payment I filled all the details of my bank and got an error from the site and dint receive a successful message but my money of rs 441 got debited from the bank account without booking my advertisement.
When I tried to check the details of my profile on the ads2publish site. It showed still as pay now. Site was having an issues. Payment gateway errors.
When I talk to [protected]@ads2publish they told me to give an booking Id. and check the mail. But My records got deleted from the profile while I was refreshing the order details. They are running the site without properly checking it.
How to get my amount of rs 441 back. My Advertisement is not booked. And I don't have any details of Booking ID. Please held.. They said they cant do anything. they need an Booking Id. Why they are running the site having issues? I wan my money back in the bank.
