With reference to my order Ref#[protected] on 10.06.2015, the aforementioned product is purchased by cash on delivery payment mode and subsequently found faulty. Immediately a complaint was raised via email and it was acknowledged. A centralized complaint link was required to be filled up at- http://support.bookmyoffer.com/ which was met up but to no avail. Also the Helpdesk contact No. [protected] is not responding and always re-directing. Please help get my money back (Rs.580/-). Also the advt in Facebook needs to be stopped immediately.
