I ordered this through facebook on october 1st 2017 and it is now november 10th. Have not received this yet. I have sent emails to dabdeal without success, i have sent them my invoice number (37847) as a reference but still no reply. I am beginning to realise that it was a scam. I am down $134.00 aus. Hey Michael. I ordered one as well in early October and have still received nothing except two feeble email replies like yours to say that the complaint has gone to management for review. This is ### and I can't believe that there isn't a way to fight this. Any solutions?
