Dear sir,
I (Santhosh sbi credit card no.[protected]) want to inform that an unknown person contacted me from mobile no.+91 [protected] introducing himself as sbi executive calling from sbi for kyc verification. He also expressed all details of my credit card no., dob, mothers name, dt of expirry and asked me to inform the otp for a transaction to redeem the points earned in connection with the transaction of sbi credit card with compliments of a belt, a shirt of 40 cm, a trouser 32 inches along with tourism vouchers. As he had furnished all the details of my credit card i was in a position to furnish my otp. I was in the belief it was genuine call from sbi and furnished the otp no.In this circumstance it happened that the unknown person misused my credit card on 17 june 2016 time 03:58 and made a transaction of rs 7762.00 by purchase of the materials from deals mantra.

I immediately informed sbi about the incident and asked them to cancel the transaction. But sbi said they cannot cancel the transaction as it is unsettled and asked to wait until merchant claims the transactions and gets settled. Once settled, they said they will take the complain and raise a dispute to further investigate the transaction. I am waiting for sbi to get back to me on this issue. I have given a police complaint aswell.

I see many such complaints raised on fraud happened thru sbi on www. Dealsmantra.Co.In - merchant name : dealsmantra_epaykerala_sbipg in. It clearly it looks like the merchant himself (Www. Dealsmantra.Co.In - merchant name : dealsmantra_epaykerala_sbipg in) is a big fraud.

Request you take necessary action against such fraud site/merchant www. Dealsmantra.Co.In - merchant name : dealsmantra_epaykerala_sbipg in and punish him so that no one else will get into such trouble.

Also request you trace the fraud who called me from [protected] and the fraud merchant dealsmantra and help me get my money back from dealsmantra.
