I applied for a phone on emi from this site. They asked me to pay rs 4300 which was refundable in case my request is rejected.After 10 days they rejected my request and told me that the money will be refunded in 14 to 321 days.Now it has been 2 months they are not recieving any calls nor replying my e mails.
I am a student and it was a saving from my pocket money. Now i request you to please help me in this matter.

i applied mobile through emi, unfortunately your company cancled my product, so please refund my amount of rs. 1000 hich i paid in account axis bank
