I have a complaint against www.fashionclues.in
On 9th March I received a call from fashioclues.in in the name of Homeshop 18 from this number [protected] stating that I have purchased Bachini shoes from Homeshop 18, during that period we had fashionclues promotion offer, therefore you have to shop between[protected] Rs. from fashionclues, If you do not like any of the products from fashoinclues you can choose from Amazon or Homeshop 18, after doing so you can win laptop, mobile, LED TV or 18 carrot gold plated jewelry. Therefore, I ordered product of 3150 Rs. from Homeshop 18. They asked me to make payment online by depositing money in BANK NAME-BANK OF BARODA, ACCOUNT HOLDER NAME-SMART CHOICE, A/C NO-[protected], IFSC CODE-BARB0SSIGAZ, BRANCH NAME-SSI.
I did that. I made the payment by depositing cash in the said account.

Then I got one more call informing that we have another offer according to that there are prizes like 1st one car then 2nd one cash prize 3rd one electronic gadget. We are doing this to promote our company fashionclues. Then one more call informing that u have won 3, 20, 000 Rs. and they told me that we will transfer the money today itself so please provide your bank details. Then they told me we will provide you the flight tickets you should come to Bangalore to do the promotion. There will be media people too. We will transfer the amount like 1, 50, 000 and 1, 50, 000 for that u have to pay the processing charges like 23000. I told them I don't have money then I cancelled.
I asked about my order, then they said you will receive it by 5th April, 2017. But, Neither I did receive my order till today nor I have received my money back. When I call the numbers, those are either switched off, some are ringing but no one receives the call, and the numbers are [protected] (Vanshika) [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected](Rahul). When I call the fashionclues customer care number. The names of the people were Priya, Rahul, Rajneesh, Vanshika, Kothari etc. Now they neglect the calls and messages.
