Respected sir / madam, i, vivek chaurasia, resident of mumbai would like to draw you attention in below issue of cheating customer by inducing of misleading advertisement.
Wolwyn exports pvt ltd owner of the site www.GoIndiaOrganic.com displayed ad on their website as below:
Rs.1200 for 6 bottles of 16oz each apple cider vinegar (Attached the screen shot of the said ad for your reference)
Accordingly i paid rs.1200/- and booked the said order but when i found the order confirmation in email, i observed that the quantity is changed to 2 numbers instead ogf6. When i checked, i have been told that there was error and it was by typo error and in spite of 2, it was displayed as 6. Immediately they removed the display also. When i told that its their fault and they should honor the commitment. Instead of clearing up the issue - they have cancelled my order, without my confirmation and process the refund also. I sent several mail to the team but not received a single revert on this issue.
I request your kind attention and intervention in below:-
1. In this case - www.GoIndiaOrganic.com clearly induces by misleading the ad on their web.
2. How can these company do such type of cheating by misleading ad on their website. Also when the caught - why they don’t respond & not conclude the issue by fulfilling the commitment.
3. When i caught them because of order placement confirmation after due payment as per their ad - they turned up and change the stand by promising of 2 bottles instead of 6 bottles.
4. Not sure if www.GoIndiaOrganic.com would have made more money for doing such irregularities.
5. www.GoIndiaOrganic.com does not have any review mechanism. Also least bother on any tat as such for customer’s issue.
6. Why should i keep following on this issue? www.GoIndiaOrganic.com should also have some responsibility and they cannot simply run from such
7. www.GoIndiaOrganic.com does not have any internal controls - also it completely unethical and misconduct business.
8. Our pm says go for digitalisation and www.GoIndiaOrganic.com cheat people like this in digitalisation - don’t we take suitable action against this unethical approach.
9. www.GoIndiaOrganic.com is not bother about consumer’s issue,
10. Also i asked for invoice for earlier supplies which they have denied and not given so far. Also they are sharing their details pan, gst etc. I doubt whether they are charging higher price as they are not sharing any statutory information.
Request your kind attention and intervention and strict action further to penalise www.GoIndiaOrganic.com for such unprofessional and unethical approach so they do not repeat such thing with other consumer and give me justice.
