Hi,
I have raised a return request against this order on 28th of august 2017 and i was told that the product will be picked up within 7-10 working days, i waited for the same. However, the product was not picked up till now, i called the customer care many times but every time i got the same reply that please wait for more day and now it is almost 1 month still there is no resolution.
In fact, 1 of the executive said if product will not be collected within next 1-3 working days, we will initiate the refund now when i called after so many days the executive said we will not provide you with the refund now and wait for the pickup, i asked the number of days for the same but the executive said we will not share the date you just wait.
I am not getting help from the company and they are asking to wait only again n again and most important i have asked for the email id and they have provided a wrong email id.
