I had ordered 2 books sets through the site. It was for 9th standard and 5th Standard. I have received 9th standard books however 5th standard books are not delivered. 9th standard books were delivered in April Mid however the 5th standard books are not yet delivered. While everyday calling or emailing on the customer care here only one answer that we have forwarded your request to the dispatch team and they will look into it. The studies of child is getting hampered. We already have wasted 1 month of studies without books in April. Now since school are reopening on 8th June we need the delivery by 3-4th June. The customer care do not have answer to the dispatch and delivery date.
