Dear Wynk
It is very frustrating for me to write a mail to you for just a issue facing many times while using wynk music.
Hello tune is not working for a single time.
First I'm using unpaid service of wynk music.
I think hello tune is not working with unpaid users.
Therefore i paid for annual subscription so that I'm not facing the issue with Hello Tune service.
But not is getting very annoying and frustrated to check very single time that hello tune is working or not.
Even after contacting to customer care, the usual waiting time for reply is 40min. Seriously how do you ever think that anyone waiting for 40mins for your reply which is totally meaningless.

I'm very frustrated now and if you are not able to provide proper service.
Kindly cancel my subscription and refund complete amount.
