Xank.in — product not received

Ordered a smart watch on october 31st, haven't received the product till date, have tried reaching out to the customer service through phone calls and emails but no response, the website shows product shipped, but the tracking number is not valid. I have also contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges, if i don't hear from the seller, will continue with the dispute with the credit card company. Please assist.
