Xcelserv Solutions Pvt Ltd — Not getting Paid for last 3 months
I had joined this organization (Xcelserv Solutions Pvt Ltd) on 24 Feb 2016. the first salary received on AUGUST 2021, after that keep getting delayed . Chasing management people no respond form any one. Wrote an email to the finance team and HR no response. I haven't received my salary for the month of July and August and no body is answering. within three months of period not paid i can go for a legal action in civil court . I have already sent an statement regards the same to the concern person who all involved in this . still haven't received any information or confirmation regarding salary. Now i have discussed with my father he advised me to go for a legal option . This scam has to be stopped. They are hiring people form different location to work from Home just providing the Offer Letter no ID cards, no Appointment letter also not the PF contribution Was this information helpful? |
