Initially xclusiveoffer . Com rang me up from phone no[protected],[protected],[protected] And assured me a gift of Dell laptop if I purchase a combo offer for rs 4999. So I purchased it and received it. Then I enquired about laptop and they told me to create customer ID by paying rs 20000 and if I pay it I’ll be selected for a free gift of Hyundai i10 which is 100 persent sure and they will send the laptop. So I paid it. Again I was told to pay rs 29000 for registration after which I don’t have to pay any money and they will deliver the car by 31.01.2018 at my home town by organising a big programme to promote their company. So I believed and paid it. Thereafter when I enquired about it they told me that they have sent the file to income tax department for clearance. Then someone phoned me claiming to be from income tax wing to pay half the amount of GST of rs 75000 i. e 37000 and half will be paid by the company. When I resisted to pay they said time is running out, only few days left and they promised to deliver the gift by 31st January. At last I paid the amount again they said that the remaining amount of 37000 has to be paid by me because GST can’t be paid from two sources. So I refused to make the payment but they persisted me to make the payment saying that the time was running out for declaration of prize. So ultimately I paid it . Then they told me to send copy of adhar card for necessary formalities. I sent that also. By that time 31 st January has gone. When I asked what happened then they told me that it is under process and will take 10 days time. Then they asked me to send passport photos of me and my wife for necessary online updating . So I sent photos also through mail. After that they told me to pay 15000 for updation which I refused but kept persisting me to make payment by assuring to deliver the gift within two days time. So finally I paid it. In the mean time I received laptop. But now after paying so much of money they stopped contacting me and when I tried to contact them I get reply that these nos are not valid . So please help me to recover my money and punish the fraud people. Name of person who phoned me are: Pallavi, Kunal Sharma, Arjun Sharma, Sumit Rajput and some others .
