I have ordered this wifi router from Xfurbish on 17th December 2025. First, the product was delivered late, and secondly, the product which was delivered was defective. So, I informed Xfurbish via mail and they told me to return the product to them, and after that, they will refund the money. The USB port of the router was not working, and one 17th jan, 2026, they received the return product. But till today, I have not received the refund amount. I have also mailed them multiple times and received no proper answer.
