I have ordered the red mi 5 pro mobile on 17th of july and didn't accept the delivery because the address was wrong and now its been more than 1 month i didn't receive the refund. Every day i talk to the support guys and they say backend team would be calling me back.
I have initiated chat, calls, emails every agent says me i will receive a call but i didn't receive any. I have never had such a bad experience with online. Pathetic service these guys provide. I never expected this from mi, i didn't know i will have such a pathetic service with the support.
